Refund & Escrow Dispute Policy

LetsEscrow operates a 100% cryptographic escrow protection network. This policy governs how escrow funds are held, released, refunded, or arbitrated during peer-to-peer trades.

1. How Escrow Protects Your Funds

When a trade is initiated, the seller's cryptocurrency (USDT or BTC) is immediately deducted and locked in the platform's secure smart escrow vault. The seller cannot withdraw or run away with the crypto while the trade is active.

2. Automatic Cancellation & Refunds

  • Buyer Cancellation: If the buyer has not sent payment or uploaded a gift card code, they can cancel the trade at any time. Locked escrow crypto is automatically returned to the seller.
  • Trade Timeout: If the payment window expires without the buyer marking "Paid", the trade expires automatically and escrow is refunded to the seller.

3. Dispute Arbitration Process

If an invalid, redeemed, or duplicate gift card code is submitted, or if fiat payment is contested, either counterparty may open a formal Dispute.

⚖️ Moderator Arbitration: A certified platform arbitrator joins the encrypted trade room, reviews card balance check history, payment transaction logs, and duplicate database scans, and makes a final, binding decision to release or refund the locked escrow.
